On the afternoon of Thursday, September 2, our website attempted to undergo an automatic security update. Unfortunately, this update process failed. As a result of this update failing, our website looks substantially different now than you may be use to seeing. Please be patient with us as we work to remedy this.
We had a backup system in place that was intended to prevent this sort of thing from happening, but they appear to be ineffective at reversing the changes that took place. Many of the webpages and images were lost, but at this point we have no reason to believe any customer information or order history was lost or comprised in any way.
While we work on rebuilding the website, all available pages should be fully operational, including the ability to view products and place orders. If there are any issues that are found, please reach out so we can be sure to fix them.
