Job Summary:
Molded Products is seeking a Digital Content Creator to take the lead in developing professional, engaging digital content across our web, social, video, and email platforms. This role plays a critical part in achieving key objectives such as brand awareness, product launches, customer engagement, and lead generation.
As the sole marketing staff member, you will manage both strategy and execution of digital content initiatives in collaboration with company leadership. All content will be reviewed and approved by leadership—particularly in the early stages—to ensure alignment with brand and business goals. Onboarding and product training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Development:
∙ Plan, create, and manage original content for websites, blogs, emails, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
∙ Collaborate with the leadership to align content with brand messaging and campaign objectives
∙ Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all content
∙ Translate technical product information into clear, benefit-driven messaging for a B2B audience
Multimedia Creation:
∙ Produce compelling graphics, videos, infographics, and animations using tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar
∙ Shoot and edit videos for product promotions, tutorials, company culture, and client testimonials
Social Media Management:
∙ Schedule, post, and monitor content on various platforms
∙ Track performance analytics and optimize content based on insights
∙ Engage with online community to build relationships and respond to inquiries
SEO & Content Optimization:
∙ Write SEO-optimized copy to increase organic visibility
∙ Stay current on SEO trends and implement best practices
∙ Use tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to track content performance
Collaboration & Project Management:
∙ Work cross-functionally with teams in leadership, product development, sales and customer support
∙ Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all ads
Required Qualifications:
∙ Preferred experience in digital content creation, preferably in a B2B or healthcare setting
∙ Portfolio showcasing diverse content types (visual, written, video)
∙ Proficiency in digital tools such as:
- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)
- Canva, Publisher or similar design tools
- Website platforms (e.g., WordPress, etc)
- Analytics and social media tools
- Email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, IContact)

*Pay range is $45K – $65K annually, depending on experience
